Sewer Scope
If the house has an accessible 3 inch or larger cleanout, we will use sewer scope to inspect for any issues with the main sewer line. If clean out is not accessible or present, sewer scope is more technically exhaustive and comes with additional cost.

Radon is a dangerous gas found in many Oregon homes—about 1 in 4 test high. Our simple, affordable testing gives you fast, reliable results and peace of mind.
